Verfahren für Zugang, Löschung, Widerspruch und/oder Berichtigung

In Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesetz 15/99, Organic, über den Schutz personenbezogener Daten (LOPD) informieren wir Sie darüber, dass Sie das Recht auf Zugang, Löschung, Widerspruch und Berichtigung Ihrer persönlichen Daten haben, die Sie uns auf irgendeine Weise übermitteln, indem Sie

per E-Mail an info@team-dannhoff.com senden unter Angabe der Betreffzeile: "Datenschutz"

oder per Post an: Team Dannhoff Event S.L. c./o. Asesoria Alsen / Nicola Alsen, CL Rio Guardian 52-1B, ES- 07817 San Jordi / Baleares, mit der Betreffzeile: "Datenschutz" und der Begleitdokumente, die Ihre Identität belegen, wie z.B. eine Kopie des Personalausweises.

Sie haben das Recht, den Status Ihrer Daten zu erfahren, die Art der Verarbeitung zu erfahren, wo sie eingeholt wurden, sie zu ändern, wenn Sie sie für unrichtig halten, oder sie zunächst nicht mehr der aktuellen Realität entsprechen, weil sie sich geändert hat, oder sie sogar ganz zu löschen, solange die geltende Gesetzgebung dies zulässt.

Um die vorgenannten Rechte ausüben zu können, muss die Anfrage die folgenden Punkte enthalten:

  • Name und Vorname des Betroffenen unter Beifügung einer Fotokopie des Personalausweises (oder eines anderen rechtsgültigen Dokuments zur Identifizierung des Antragstellers). Im Falle von Handlungen im Namen von jemandem oder einer juristischen Person, Fotokopie des Dokuments, das eine solche Darstellung bescheinigt.

Anfrage, auf der die Anfrage basiert oder unterstützt wird.
  • Angabe einer Adresse für Benachrichtigungszwecke.
  • Gegebenenfalls Dokumente, die die Grundlage des Ersuchens bescheinigen.

Die Übermittlung eines solchen Ersuchens erfolgt mit allen Mitteln, die die Übermittlung und den Empfang des Ersuchens nachweisen können.

De conformidad con la Ley 15/99, Orgánica, sobre la Protección de Datos Personales (LOPD), le informamos que tiene derecho a acceder, eliminar, objetar y corregir su información personal que nos transmita de cualquier manera:

Tiene derecho a conocer el estado de sus datos, a saber la naturaleza del procesamiento, dónde se ha obtenido, a cambiarlo si cree que es incorrecto o si ya no se ajusta a la realidad actual porque ha cambiado. o incluso borrarlo por completo siempre que lo permita la legislación vigente.

Para ejercer los derechos antes mencionados, la solicitud debe contener los siguientes ítems:

  • Apellido y nombre de la persona interesada, acompañado de una fotocopia del documento de identidad (u otro documento válido que identifique al solicitante). En el caso de actos en nombre de alguien o una entidad legal, fotocopie el documento que certifique dicha representación.
  • Solicitud en la que se basa o apoya la solicitud.
  • Especificación de una dirección con fines de notificación.
  • En su caso, los documentos que certifiquen la base de la solicitud.

Dicha solicitud se hará por todos los medios que puedan probar la transmisión y recepción de la solicitud.
